The firm

Working within Saudi Arabia's modern justice system

The firm keeps pace with the transformation of the Saudi justice sector and works across the general courts, the administrative judiciary and the judicial and quasi-judicial committees.

We believe the best dispute is the one that never starts. We begin with preventive advice and careful drafting, and we litigate when it is needed.

We draft the document and notarise it at our office under a Ministry of Justice licence.

Contract drafting and review

Precise drafting that fixes obligations and closes gaps before they turn into disputes.
